		<description>I think that this article is some what realistic. For many years the "green people" of this country have been trying to come up with less environmentally harmful means of transportation. Now that people are truly starting to accept the use of the hybrid you are going to try and discredit it. This does seem a bit on the ridiculous side. Thats exactly what our country needs, more sound pollution! How many cases have you come across that have involved a hybrid and a blind, deaf, or in some way shape or form handicapped person? Where is the statistics. Seems to me that legislation might be wasting there time.</description>
